PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (Arwana) is a public company listed on the main board of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) traded under the "ARNA" stock code. We are dedicated to producing cost-competitive ceramic tiles to serve the lower and middle market segment nationwide. Our products are sold under the ‘Arwana’ brand, a brand name that signifies quality and affordability. In 2011, a new product line with even better quality was introduced to capture the upper-middle market segment, marketed under the brand name ‘UNO’.
Since commencing operations in 1995, we have remained faithful to our core business, fully developing upon our expertise in producing high-quality products with creative designs. Our highly-diverse product portfolio includes motifs such as Embossed, Fancy, Marble, Plain, Granity, Rustic, Strata and Wood, and sizes such as 20x20, 20x25, 25x25, 25x40, 25x50, 40x40 and 50x50cm.
From our headquarters in Jakarta, our products are marketed through PT Primagraha Keramindo (PGK) as a subsidiary of Arwana and the sole distributor of Arwana and UNO products. PGK is connected to an extensive network of 46 sub-distributors spread in nearly every major city and town in Indonesia, and more than 25 thousand retail outlets throughout the country. This marketing and distribution prowess combined with excellent after sales services allow a strong presence for the company in regional markets throughout the Indonesian archipelago.
Internally, we are committed to the better advancement of our manufacturing and R&D capabilities. In this regard, we have obtained several industry certifications issued by national institutions as well as by regional and international organizations for standardization, including Green Proper and SNI (Indonesia), SIRIM (regional) and ISO (international).
Arwana operates five factories located in five different locations. Plant I and Plant II, in Tangerang and Serang respectively, serve the domestic market in the western part of Indonesia. Plant III, which is located in Gresik, mostly serves consumers in the eastern part of Indonesia, while Plant IV in Ogan Ilir serves the market on the Island of Sumatra. Our latest production facility is Plant V located in Mojokerto, East Java, which commenced operations in early 2016. Plant V has been designated to primarily produce wall tiles. As of 2018, Arwana has a total installed capacity of 57.37 million square meters per year with a view of further expansions in the coming years.
In 2018, after having served the Indonesian market for more than two decades, we continue to be able to maintain stable growth and are committed to further build upon our achievements. Arwana's growth over the years can be attributed to our passion for innovations, and flexibility in adopting the latest technology, including the latest scientific and technical methods that contribute to the preservation of the environment, or also referred to as ‘green technology’.
Arwana is an eco-conscious company that has been awarded the Green Industry Award from Indonesia’s Ministry of Industry for seven years in a row from 2011 to 2017. Arwana is also the first ceramics company in Indonesia to obtain ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system. Our factories are specifically built and our operations prioritize on sustainability as we are committed to creating value for our stakeholders.

In the implementation of GCG, the Company has two organs that play a role so important, namely the Main Organ and Supporting Organ.
In accordance with the Continental legal systems adopted by Indonesia, the Main Organ Company consists of the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. Major organs have a very important role in the implementation of Corporate Governance which is run collectively.
Supporting Organ consists of Committees under the supervision and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners, Corporate Risk and Internal Audit (CRIA) and Corporate Secretary of the supervision and responsibilities are under the Board of Directors.

As a form of a shared commitment for the implementation of GCG, PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk has GCG guidelines have been distributed to all employees. This guide is the foundation for the Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Directors and all employees related to corporate governance process in formulating policies that animates the Company's business practices without ignoring the laws and ethical values.

This handbook contains all the rules that will guide the implementation of GCG best practices, cultural values, Vision and Mission, as well as further descriptions of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the policies and rules of procedure.
This book contains about a series of formal structures and processes of the characteristics and essential activities of Board of Commissioners and Directors, as well as the amount of composition and roles and responsibilities.
Revisiting the composition, charters and performance committee are one of the guidelines conducted by the Company in implementing GCG. By discussing Committee charters back, then through his authority, the Committee may be better prepared to face the challenges in the next year.
This system is applied so that the Company can set the standards that are easily identified and easy to follow throughout the Company. Management Control System applies to the behavior of the staff and managers of the Company relating to the accounting and financial lines.
The Company has published Collective Labour Agreement handbook as a source of information about employee performance assessment procedures, compensation and benefits, leave policies, and disciplinary procedures.
